HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY DELIVERY TIMELINES?
Orders placed after noon EST on a Friday Long weekend will be received by Interfullfillment on the first Tuesday and assuming “regular” volumes and no problem, will be sent out that day and arrive the following Monday in Vancouver, add at least a day for heavy volumes or order issues. It could be up to 10 -14 calendar days to get to Van.
HOW CAN I KEEP TRACK OF MY ORDER?
Our priority couriers send you a tracking number by text to your cell, email or both, dependent on what you provided when you make your purchase. If you find you are not receiving them, we suggest you Register or Sign-up up with our courier Purolator, using the same email as your account with Electric London.
