Responsibilities and Duties List

Priority responsibilities

  • Develop assigned sales territory
    • Sales Activities
      • Opening new high-profile customers
        • that fit the Electric London Brand
        • referring to Education Team to assist in closing the deal
        • building the overall business
      • Developing existing customer base
    • Ongoing Professional Development. Helping salons build their brand and grow
      • In-Salon Merchandising Guidance for a high-end presence of brand
      • Product demonstrations and training by Sales Rep or Educator
      • Annual In-Salon Educational Event with an Educator for salons (min purchase required)
      • Other opportunities that may arise
    • Intelligence gathering
  • Selling and maintaining up-to-date client files, following company policy for new and ongoing client sales.
  • Working with Sales Manager
    • Work with Sales Manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets from annual sales targets assigned by The Company
    • Work with Sales Manager to achieve on-target monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • CRM activities of existing and targeted customers updated weekly
    • Daily and/or weekly communication with Sales Manager related to
      • identifying and overcoming internal and/or external challenges and roadblocks
      • Salon education or business building needs
      • weekly activities

Auxiliary responsibilities

  • stay up to date with specific product and industry trends
  • stay up to date with respect to industry regulations
  • participation in industry forums and trade events as required
  • participation in London Electric strategy development as required
  • other initiatives as directed
